Our new Savor Sarasota menu is officially in! For the next two weeks we will be whipping up delicious new dishes for you to sink your teeth into. Join us for a fork tender, moist pork shank, braised in its own juices until mouth wateringly tender, served with brandied apple demi-glace and mashed potato.

 

Nothing pairs better with this delicious pork shank than a large glass of smooth red wine. Share a bottle with friends and turn your evening in downtown Sarasota into a party. Don't forget, this menu is only around for two weeks, so you better hurry!
