Braised beef short ribs on our prix fixe Savor Sarasota menu Sept. 1-13

ribsThe kids are back at school, the weather will begin to cool off (eventually), and our Savor Sarasota deals will only be going on for a few more weeks! If you haven't joined us yet this summer, you are missing out!

We created two of our best menus so far and will be serving them the next two weeks! If you start with our famous shrimp and crab bisque, or a crisp Bijou caesar salad, the juicy braised beef short ribs is the perfect entree. In a red wine, balsamic and molasses reduction, served with cheddar and garlic mashed potato, this dish with blow your mind and tastebuds.
