SOUP DU JOUR Hot and chilled specialties of the Chef

LAVENDER DUCK BREAST Honey glazed and served with braised red cabbage and fresh berry gastrique

PAN SEARED PORK TENDERLOIN With adobo sauce and green rice

RAINBOW TROUT Cornmeal dusted, sautéed and served with ranch ragu, buttermilk chive aioli
